terms of service

let me know your commission type, references and ideas.
> if you don't have any pictures or drawings to show me it's okay, just give me a description of what you want, but you need to take some time before messaging me to decide what you want, make your docs, your text, so we can start as soon as possible. 

payment process 
> the payment is made via PayPal with an invoice after i show you the sketches, if you have a big order (more than 10 emotes or 3 illustrations) the payment must be after half of the sketches are done. 
this does not mean that you can cancel the commission after I have started the sketches, this is just a courtesy so that the customer can feel more at ease, please do not abuse it.

changes during commission
> i allow unlimited revisions so don't be shy about asking for changes, I won't be offended, all I want is for you to be happy with the results, so just focus on expressing your wishes and ideas! I'll still be making changes after the sketch phase, but it's harder to modify once it's finished, so make sure you're happy with your sketches before I move on.

how long it takes a commission
> in a  small order, it shouldn't take more than two weeks to finish, a bigger order can take up to a month or more. Please keep in mind that while I'm working with you I'm also working with other clients and I still have other responsabilities in my personal life, please be patient. However, feel comfortable asking for updates whenever you want!

finish!
> after I finish your commission, I will send you all your drawings in a ZIP format via email.

personal usage
> you can use for banners, discord servers, twitch pannels, etc., any personal use that does not appropriate my art and violate my rights as an artist.
> you cannot make changes to the illustration, If you want something different, talk to me and I'll see what I can do for you.
> you can do minor edits to important exceptions that don't change the design itself, (ex: adding a Christmas hoodie on holidays)
> you cannot use your commission for profit. (ex: selling t-shirts, stickers, prints etc.)

commercial usage
> you can use your commission for profit. (ex: selling t-shirts, stickers, prints etc.)
> you cannot make changes to the illustration, if you want something different, message me.
> you cannot claim the authorship of the artwork itself.

artist rights
> I retain the right to use commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, let me know beforehand if you do not want your commission shared.
 

commission started
> all commissions are non refundable. if you would like changes please let me know early on, and i will be happy to fix it for you!

commission not started yet
> if you are on my waiting list and you are no longer interested in your slot, this does not count as a refund, just let me know and I will move your slot to another client with no problem.
